Loddon Reach Benefice Team Ministry
ST MICHAEL’S SHOPPING SITE
There are links to retailers on our website to cover just about everything you need.
Every time you make a purchase the church will receive much-needed funds.
ALL THE retailers listed on our webshop will give the church a percentage of the money you spend and it is a very straightforward procedure.
Thank you for helping us to raise the money we urgently need so that we can continue to be an active church in our parish and in the Loddon Reach Benefice.

VAT REFUND SCHEME PETITION
THERE IS a VAT refund scheme that means the Church of England do not have to pay VAT, or only pay a reduced rate of VAT, on repairs to listed buildings. The effect is to save the Church of England millions of pounds. We have 47% of the nation’s grade I buildings and a significant percentage of grade 2 and 2*. The scheme is due to run out in early 2011.
Please go to http://petitions.number10.gov.uk/VAT-refundscheme/ where you can sign up to the petition which states: “We the undersigned petition the Prime Minister to safeguard the nation’s heritage and vital community buildings by ensuring that the VAT exemption scheme (Listed Places of Worship Grants Scheme) is renewed indefinitely from March 2011.”
